The intimate relationship we have with outside elements is in all human history, and my own story frequently returns me to coastlines and the sea. Broad vistas keep me grounded, and there is still more to feel when I search the details. There I can see worlds within worlds; a tree bark is a universe for something small to become lost in as much as our own drifting in the vastness of the sky. Human paraphernalia in this collection is occasional or non existent: forces greater than ourselves are at play here. We will not last forever, even if something of us might outlive us for a short while
